Shipping Policy

KERN RESEARCH LABORATORIES, LLC ships all orders from within the United States. We prioritize fast, reliable processing and use tracked shipping services on every order.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays) are processed and shipped the same day.

Orders placed after the daily cutoff or on weekends/holidays ship the following business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been handed off to the carrier.

International Shipping

At this time, KERN RESEARCH LABORATORIES, LLC ships domestically within the United States only. International shipping availability will be announced when operational.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to the address associated with your order. You can track your shipment via the carrier's website.

If you have not received a tracking number within 1 business day of your order confirmation, contact us at support@kernpeptides.com with your order number.

Address Accuracy

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. KERN RESEARCH LABORATORIES, LLC is not responsible for delivery failures, delays, or losses resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address. We cannot reroute packages once they are in transit.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@kernpeptides.com. We will attempt to correct the address before the order ships, but cannot guarantee the correction can be made.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us at support@kernpeptides.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will initiate a carrier trace and work to resolve the issue. See our Refund Policy for details on replacements and refunds for confirmed lost or damaged orders.

Packaging

All orders are packaged with discretion. Our packaging does not include external branding that identifies the contents.
