Three-compound blend: GHK-Cu, BPC-157, and TB-500. Studied for comprehensive tissue and skin regeneration research.
Origin
The GLOW Blend combines GHK-Cu (50mg), BPC-157 (10mg), and TB-500 (10mg) in a single formulation. It extends the Wolverine Blend concept by adding GHK-Cu, the copper peptide first isolated by Loren Pickart in 1973, which has been studied for its effects on collagen synthesis and gene expression modulation.
Research Lineage
Each component has a distinct research lineage: GHK-Cu (Pickart, 1973 — gene expression and collagen studies), BPC-157 (Sikiric, 1990s — gastric cytoprotection and tissue repair), and TB-500 (Goldstein, 1960s — thymic peptides and cell migration). The three-compound combination targets collagen remodeling (GHK-Cu), growth factor modulation (BPC-157), and cytoskeletal dynamics (TB-500).
Mechanism of Action
The GLOW Blend combines three mechanistically distinct pathways: GHK-Cu delivers bioavailable copper and modulates extracellular matrix gene expression; BPC-157 interacts with the NO system and growth factor receptors; TB-500 regulates actin dynamics and endothelial cell migration. The formulation is investigated for potential complementary effects across tissue remodeling, vascularization, and cellular repair pathways.
